OLTA Inc., which provides Japan’s first online factoring service, “OLTA Cloud Factoring,” has partnered with GOAL Fintech Inc. to begin offering the cloud factoring business ” GOAL Cloud Factoring powered by OLTA ” from September 12, 2025.
GOAL Fintech has supported small and medium-sized enterprises and sole proprietors nationwide through its fundraising support services, including the operation of the subsidy and grant search service “Minna no Shogakuhin.” A particular strength is its ability to provide comprehensive support, from applying for subsidies to improving cash flow and management support, by leveraging its network of legal professionals, including administrative scriveners, social insurance and labor consultants, and tax accountants.
