In response to the expansion of the SaaS market, IT distributor SB C&S has launched a dedicated SaaS team, “Cloud Service Concierge,” to promote marketing and sales support for SaaS products. In addition, SB C&S provides “ClouDX,” a platform for sales partners for subscription contract and renewal management, which allows for centralized management of SaaS products, which have different contract formats for each product. Utilizing “ClouDX” will improve the efficiency of contract management and reduce operational costs.
