LRM、クラウドサービス「Securio」に2億円の資金調達

株式会社LRMは、グローバルセキュリティエキスパート株式会社及びGSXが出資する日本サイバーセキュリティファンド1号投資事業有限責任組合を引受先とする第三者割当増資を実施し、総額2億円の資金調達を行います。また、LRMはGSXと資本業務提携契約を締結します。

NCSFに参加するセキュリティ関連企業25社とのシナジーを実現することで、当社の成長のみならず、セキュリティ業界全体の発展に貢献していきます。

また、GSX社とのパートナーシップに基づき、両社の知見やリソースを相互に活用することで、多様化するお客様のニーズに柔軟に対応し、両社の成長・拡大を実現してまいります。

We are a company that supports organizations in their information security. We operate the “Securio” security education cloud service and security consulting services, and by systematizing and raising people’s awareness, we work to help our customers achieve both the protection and utilization of information, thereby achieving sustainable improvements in corporate value.

The investment from this round of funding will be used for recruiting personnel and research and development of “Securio,” with the goal of having a total of 3 million users of the service by 2030.
