NetOne Systems Co., Ltd. announced that it has expanded its OT security services by adding Nozomi Networks’ “Nozomi Guardian” to its product lineup in order to further strengthen the service. The addition of the product will strengthen asset visualization and real-time monitoring of OT environments in manufacturing production lines and social infrastructure, and provide comprehensive and advanced security support in the era of IT/OT integration. Nozomi Guardian is a security product that detects suspicious communications in OT environments in real time and visualizes asset information and vulnerabilities . NetOne Systems explained that security risks in OT environments are increasing rapidly, and incidents such as factory production line shutdowns and social infrastructure failures caused by cyber attacks continue to occur both domestically and overseas, making it an urgent issue to strengthen security from the perspective of business continuity in the supply chain .
Furthermore, as laws and guidelines are being rapidly established, there is a demand for advanced security measures such as “asset visualization,” “vulnerability identification,” and “real-time threat detection” in OT environments, which led to the expansion of security services. NetOne Systems’ OT security service visualizes assets and vulnerabilities in OT environments, allows for an overall understanding of the environment, including the status of integration with IT networks, and provides risk analysis and monthly reports that utilize NetOne Systems’ knowledge based on the visualized data.
