Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc., MS&AD Insurance Group’s Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd., Silieug Holdings Inc., and E-guardian Inc. have formalized a shareholders agreement on February 4, 2025. As a result, they have established SMBC Cyberfront Co., Ltd. On February 17, 2025, SMBC Cyberfront, led by President and CEO Aoki Yasunori, aims to boost corporate cybersecurity. Sales operations will fully start in April, along with customer service.
