CAL Corporation, which operates IT staffing and system development businesses, has received the second-level [L-star] certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace.
えるぼし認証とは？
女性の活躍を推進する企業が都道府県労働局に申請し、一定の基準を満たした場合に厚生労働大臣が認定する制度。認定は5つの評価項目のうち、達成した項目数に応じて3段階に分けて行われます。

評価項目と実績

えるぼし認定では、「勤続年数」「労働時間」「管理職比率」「多様なキャリアパス」の5つの評価基準のうち、4つを満たしているとして2つ星を獲得。
