This partnership was formed when BlueMeme Partners Co., Ltd., a group company of BlueMeme, decided to invest in AIK through “BlueMeme No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership.”
背景と目的
ローコード開発市場のリーディングカンパニーであるBlueMemeは、レガシーシステムを中心とした企業の社内システム開発を支援し、企業内のデジタルトランスフォーメーションに豊富な知見を有しています。一方、AIKは改善の余地が大きいセキュリティ業界のデジタルトランスフォーメーションに取り組んでいます。警備業界は慢性的な人手不足に加え、社会全体の賃金上昇の影響を受け、求人倍率も高止まりしています。また、経営者の高齢化も事業承継の課題となっています。

この文脈では ブルーミーム highly evaluated AIK’s solutions, such as “AIK order,” which realizes the digitalization of security ordering, and “アイク assign,” a service for digitalizing security control operations, which led to this partnership between the two companies, who aspire to advance society through corporate digitalization. Going forward, the two companies will join hands to aim to solve issues in the security industry through efforts to develop human resources for the utilization of digital transformation. Furthermore, we believe that this initiative will not only improve operations, but also have the power to redefine the future of the industry.
