PAGの子会社で、アジア太平洋地域でデータセンターおよびデジタルインフラ施設の開発・運営を行うFLOW Digital Infrastructureは29日、東京都心部でデータセンターの新キャンパスの建設に着手したと発表しました。
The new data center will consist of two buildings, “TK7” and “TK8,” with a total IT load capacity of 30MW. TK7, with an expected IT load of 6MW, will be the first building and is scheduled to begin operations in the first quarter of 2027. Strategically located in central Tokyo, close to existing data center clusters such as Otemachi and Toyosu, FLOW’s new campus will be one of the largest colocation data center facilities supporting the Tokyo metropolitan area’s digital ecosystem. The company says it will provide customers with flexible, scalable, and cutting-edge solutions to address Japan’s accelerating digital economy and the growing adoption of AI.

With the addition of TK7 and TK8, FLOW’s portfolio will expand to 11 assets in Japan, Korea, the Philippines, and Malaysia, with over 170MW of current and planned IT capacity. Sanjay Goel, CEO of FLOW, said, “This development marks an important milestone in フロー‘s expansion in the Asia-Pacific region, and it confirms our commitment to making Japan a priority market. We look forward to serving hyperscalers and enterprises who need capacity in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and providing solutions that address the supply constraints and complex demands that have long existed in the market.”
